Are you a Naturopath?? or Want to be?

When we read the word ‘Naturopathy’ we think about natural cures for diseases like yoga, fasting, meditation, herbal medicine, homeopathy etc. Think from a different prospective.. Could it be right if we said, “Naturopathy is another word for copying mother nature’s habits?’ I think it makes perfect sense! Can we really do that? Lets find out together.

Lets take an example of a Lobster.. Don’t be surprised because it fits perfectly. Allow me to explain.

Do you know how lobsters grow? Its very interesting. Shell of a lobster is very hard. It must first break in order for the lobster to grow. When lobster grows, it feels very uncomfortable in its own shell so it breaks the existing shell and builds a new shell around it. This is a continuous process for a lobster but it never even for one second thinks that it is impossible. All it knows that it is uncomfortable to live in stress.

If lobsters can do it why can’t we humans do it? NOW is the perfect moment to let go of old, uncomfortable shell and come out of those negative feelings of past and people around us. We are so accustomed to feel trapped in the past, blame others for making us feel bad, think about painful memories over and over again without realising how wonderful our life will be if we just let it all go.

You must first ask yourselves these questions:

  • Are there negative memories from my past that are tormenting me currently?
  • Am I not happy with the way my life is progressing?
  • Are actions of others bothering me and taking away my peace of mind?
  • Does my health need to be improved?

If you get “YES” as an answer to any of the above questions then I believe you need to act like a lobster because it is high time to grow!

You don’t have to believe in FasterEFT but just like a true friend it will always rescue you. The moment you start to let go, new exciting things start to take place. This is the law of nature.

Remember how sunflowers behave? They face themselves towards sun light like a stubborn child. We need to do the same. The naturopathy really means copying mother nature’s habits at any time and we would never go wrong in doing so.
