The Amazing Tapping Solution

This is the tapping technique we are going to use for every problem. As name suggests, it is simplest to use. This technique is used to change a memory or a feeling that bothers us.

This technique is used to:

  1. Change any hurtful memory/image in the mind
  2. Take away physical pain
  3. Get better from physical illnesses
  4. Reduce stress and anxiety
  5. Increase immunity
  6. Loose weight
  7. Achieve all goals
  8. Improve relationship with others
  9. Attract more income
  10. Let go of fears and phobias
  11. Be positive in life
  12. Create the life you want
  13. Increase self confidence
  14. Improve quality of life
  15. Remove doubts from life
  16. Get success in business and job

Let me explain how you can do it.

Problem: You have a memory of your friend telling a lie that left you feel sad and betrayed.

Goal of tapping: You don’t want to remember it because when you do, it makes you feel sad and betrayed.

Solution: Process of tapping explained:

  • Close your eyes and
  • Go inside of your mind to remember that memory. See what you saw, hear what you heard and feel what you felt at that time
  • Got it?
  • Check it’s severity on the scale of 0-10 (0 being not severe at all and 10 being too much severe). Note down your first impression. Don’t think too much.
  • Feel the feeling in your body and try to locate where you feel the sensation when you think about that memory. Is it your head or heart or feet or hands? It can be anywhere
  • Got it?
  • Now use the below picture to tap the points in red (with your index and middle single together) and read the script

  • The key is to focus on the touch of your fingers while tapping
  • When you finish the tapping round, go to any happy memory you have with any person
  • Now check the number and feeling in your body again. How strong is it now with comparison to previous? Reduced! I am sure it is lesser than before!
  • Do this process till you get the intensity zero
  • Once you get the zero, think if that memory had a happy ending, what would it be?
  • Construct it in your mind the way you like to remember it and just smile 🙂

Voila!

You just changed a hurtful memory! Doesn’t it feel wonderful now?
